21 Missing You Poems

Missing You In My Life

In my life, a void remains,

A hole that only you can fill.

Though you are gone, my love sustains,

And memories of you still thrill.

I long to hear your voice once more,

To see your smile and hold your hand.

Without you, my world is a bore,

An empty landscape, barren and bland.

But though you’re gone, my love is true,

Etched in my heart, forever to stay.

I’ll wait for you, my love, anew,

Till we meet again, some happy day.

Till then, I’ll miss you more each day,

But know my love will never stray.

Missed School

Empty desks and silent halls,

Echo with the absence of your calls.

No more laughter or smiling face,

Only emptiness in this familiar place.

I miss you in every class,

Where once you sat, now there’s an empty space.

No more jokes to make us laugh,

Only memories of our friendship to embrace.

I miss your smile and your witty quips,

Your encouragement and your helpful tips.

But most of all, I miss your presence,

In this school that now seems so immense.

Though you’re gone, I’ll always treasure,

The memories we shared, forever to measure.

I’ll hold on to them tight,

Till the day we’re together, once more, in sight.

Smile

Your smile, a beacon of light,

Guiding me through darkest night.

But now that you’re gone, my heart aches,

For the warmth of your smile it forsakes.

I miss the way your eyes would crinkle,

As you laughed and your smile would twinkle.

I miss the way it lit up your face,

And brought joy to every place.

Your smile, a symphony of grace,

A melody that I long to trace.

But now it’s gone, and I’m left here,

With nothing but memories to hold dear.

I’ll keep it close, this memory of you,

And hold on tight, to see me through.

For though you’re gone, your smile remains,

Etched in my heart, forever to sustain.

Banter

Your banter, a dance on the tongue,

A game we both loved to have fun.

But now that you’re gone, it’s all quiet,

No more clever words, no more witty retort.

I miss the way you made me think,

With your clever comebacks, on the brink.

I miss the way you made me laugh,

With your quick wit and clever quips, that left me gasping for air.

Your banter, a symphony of words,

A melody that I long to be heard.

It can company of jovial forwards

An unpredictable path of twist and turns

Having your mind pushed out is loved

Having your hearts sound seep through the air

Pulling on my soul with a tug

Having a soul like yours is rare

Months Later

Months have passed since we said goodbye,

But still my heart is heavy with sighs.

I thought the pain would fade away,

But it’s still here, with me, each day.

I miss your touch and your embrace,

I miss the look on your face.

I miss the way you used to hold me,

And how you made me feel complete.

But now you’re gone, and I’m alone,

With only memories to call my own.

I try to move on and start anew,

But my heart still aches for you.

I thought that time would heal this wound,

But still my love for you burns, unswerved.

I’ll keep on missing you, my love,

Till the end of time, from the stars above.

Died

Why you left me to wither

Loves touch turned to winter

Here one moment gone the next

No goodbye, farewell, or see you text

I know it wasn’t your fault

The last time we when for a walk

At least you knew that I fell in love

Before, at your casket, to releasing the dove

You said it wasn’t good that day

A day a week a month, December Late

Taking your hand right then, I had to

A Memory, one of many treasures I have of You

But now the beds have been made and pressed

The ground in Leaves and flower crests

Our hearts are cold, and I’ve paid the toll

Your love changed me, mind, body, to snow.

Sunshine

Pull my sleeve and press into me

A smile looking up with glee

powerful step to taking the lead

on my arm, a flower, bloomed for me

On and On I watched you show

Dancing with sunlight to grow

Pedals peeled off you form

A summer dress, Hearts open chest

I can’t say no to you,

But I Pretend

Winds rush a dancing mood

Hope Will never end

Ode to You

Oh my love, my heart’s desire,

You are the sun in my sky,

The beat in my heart,

The reason I live and die.

In your arms, I find my peace,

Your gentle touch, my solace,

But when we’re apart,

I find myself missing you,

With an ache that’s hard to placate.

Your smile, like a ray of light,

Illuminates my darkest days,

Your laughter, like a symphony,

Chases all my fears away.

Your love, like a warm embrace,

Enfolds me in its tenderness,

And though you may be far away,

I find comfort in the thought,

Of your caress.

But when we’re apart,

I find myself missing you,

With a longing that’s hard to bear,

And I know that no matter what,

I’ll always be there.

For you, my love, my heart’s desire,

Are the one that I’ve been waiting for,

And I’ll spend my whole life,

Missing you and loving you forever more.

Reunion

Oh sweet reunion,

The moment my heart sings,

To hold you in my arms again,

And feel your touch on my skin.

I’ve been missing you,

With each passing day,

Yearning for your love,

In every single way.

But now you’re here,

With me once more,

And all the missing you,

Is behind us, forevermore.

We’ll laugh and love,

And make up for lost time,

For every moment spent apart,

Is now a memory, left behind.

We’ll dance beneath the stars,

And whisper sweet nothings in the night,

And I’ll hold you close,

Till morning’s first light.

For every day we’re together,

Is a day I’ll treasure in my heart,

And I’ll never again,

Have to miss you, my love, my sweetheart.

Your Value

You are valuable, my dear,

In ways you may not see,

Your presence in my life,

Is a treasure, endlessly.

You are the light in my darkness,

The hope in my despair,

The one I turn to,

When I need someone to care.

You are the laughter in my heart,

The joy in my soul,

The one I want to share,

Life’s beauty, young and old.

You are the missing piece,

To my puzzle of life,

The one I can’t imagine,

Living without, free from strife.

You are the reason,

I wake up with a smile,

The one I’m missing,

All the while.

But even when we’re apart,

You remain in my heart,

For you, my dear, are valuable,

And that will never depart.
